Glasgow's outdoor drinking, dining and entertainment venue Cranside, has announced it will open this summer with a reimagined space.
From Thursday June 2, Cranside Kitchen will open with three new spaces and whole new makeover.
Palm trees, garden picnic tables and benches, and a beach hut Tiki style bar will be added, as well as a giant 'Aperol Tuscan Tree' to soak up the sun under and a 'Kopparberg Love Swing' overlooking the Finnieston Crane.
There will also be a new 'Terraza Di Aperol' and Walled Gardens, while the Sugar Hut Bar's new watering hole will serve punch bowls, cocktail slushies, and tropical fruit juices to quench the thirst of Glasgow's sun-seekers.

New resident food kitchens will also be added to the bill. The BBQ Pit Stop will offer a Spanish style BBQ menu serving burgers, grilled dogs, pulled pork and fall off the bone ribs while Sugar' Da will provide ice creams, cakes, sorbets and fruity lollies.
Poke Bowl and The Big Breakfast are also new for 2022, offering healthy and hearty options. From June 2, a choice of ten restaurant brands, including Romanos, Halloumi, Kilmurry & Co, NORI, and XI'AN, will be available on the Cranside app alongside these brands.
There will also be live DJs every Friday and Saturday night with the introduction of the Asahi Sunset Club as well as a newly added Chill Out Zone with fire pits, bean bags, and deck chairs for lazy daytime lounging. Throughout the months ahead, Cranside Summer Gardens will host a variety of live entertainment including brunches, comedy nights and acoustic sessions.
Cranside Summer Gardens will be open daily 12pm throughout the Summer from Thursday June 2nd 2022.
