A city centre office block in Birmingham has welcomed a string of new tenants.
Recruitment agencies Ashley James and Stride Resource Management, fashion consultancy Ying Lau and corporate finance firm Orbis Partners have all taken space at Cornwall Buildings in Newhall Street.
The deals follow a £1.3 million refurbishment programme by landlord Bruntwood Works which completed just as the pandemic was starting.
Matt Wright, head of commercial for Birmingham at Bruntwood Works, said: "This flurry of new customers demonstrates that businesses are keen to get back to the city after such a long period of working remotely.
"People are seeking a space which is equally welcoming, familiar and relaxed which is exactly what we’ve achieved with the Cornwall Buildings."
