Logistics real estate operator Logicor has agreed new lettings at two West Midlands industrial parks.
Credit hire and fleet management firm AX has signed a new 10-year lease on a 48,933 sq ft unit at Liberty Park in Lichfield and will join fellow occupiers DHL, Newell Brands, Florette, Tesco and Screwfix at the site.

Meanwhile Wed Logistics has taken a five-year lease on a 23,005 sq ft refurbished warehouse and office space at Griffin Business Park in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham.

Chris Keye of Darby Keye Property - who advised Logicor on the deal - added: "Wed Logistics Ltd were keen to secure a well-located distribution warehouse and Unit 1 Griffin Business Park offered the perfect solution.
"The estate, which is situated close to both the M42 and M6 motorway junctions, is now fully let - testament to the quality of the accommodation provided and its strategic location."
