A major company has confirmed it is adding 100 new jobs in an exciting three year Dublin investment.
Takeda Ireland announced the €36 million worth of additions to its Grange Castle facility which will support the expansion of the company’s cell therapy production.
The investment hopes to create a staggering 100 new jobs over the next three years in the capital.
The company are committed to discovering and delivering life-transforming treatment and the commercial scale cell therapy production facility is the first of its kind in Ireland.
Following the expansion, the team at Grange Castle will play an important role in supplying European, US and Canadian markets with a cell therapy treatment option for patients.
Delighted with the news, Tanaiste Leo Varadkar said: "I’m really pleased Takeda Ireland is expanding in Grange Castle, creating 100 jobs over the next three years.
