Ex-Gogglebox star Tom Malone Junior has landed a new role following his six-year stint on the Channel 4 show.
Last month, Tom Jr confirmed he would not be returning to the hit Channel 4 show.
Posting a photo of himself on social media in a grey rollneck jumper and holding a cardboard sign reading: "Back on the market. Get at me with any TV work"
He added: "So after six and a half years it’s finally time to put down the remote and to say goodbye to Gogglebox.
"I've loved every minute and I’m eternally grateful to @channel4 and @studiolambert for allowing me to be a part of the show. But new opportunities are knocking on the door and it’s time to explore them."
But the 27-year-old will continue to use his experience 'sitting down' in a new brand deal with business and home solutions specialist BiGDUG, as the new ‘Head of Chair Testing’.

The role will see him sharing his thoughts on a range of seating on his social media and rating them for comfort.
Tom Jr shot to fame when he first appeared on the show six years ago and has been a Friday night favourite along with his dad Tom Malone Senior, mum Julie, and brother Shaun, who will be continuing with the show.

Speaking about his new role, Tom said: “Some may say that I’m overqualified for the job but it’s all about transferable skills, right?
"I've just left a show sitting on my a*** for a living – and now for my first real brand job I’m going to be sitting on a*** – you can’t really make it up.”
Polly Maclennan, Public Relations Manager, at BiGDUG said: “We really couldn’t think of anyone better than Tom to be assigned as BiGDUG’s Head of Chair Testing.
"We’ve watched him over his time on Gogglebox and having gained so much experience sitting down over the last few years, we know he has the knowledge and expertise to take on the role better than anyone else.”
