New items in the Arsenal FC x Stella McCartney collection have leaked including new shirt worn by Ian Wright

Arsenal have never been a club to shy away from releasing stylish new apparel as evidenced by the recent and highly popular all white kit that was worn to promote a campaign against knife crime in London during the club's third round FA Cup fixture against Nottingham Forest in January.

Recently it has come to light that the North London club will be collaborating with fashion designer Stella McCartney to release an array of 'animal print' clothing. From new shirts to zip-up hoodies, shoes and leggings this collaboration is the first time the English fashion designer has collaborated with a football team.

The leaked clothing, as shown by Footy Headlines, is sure to make fans stand out at the Emirates and has recently been seen worn by Arsenal icon and ambassador, Ian Wright.

Posted on Twitter via @ACL_Soccer and @AFSCLondon the former striker is wearing the red and blue shirt, which other leaked images have shown to include "Victory Grows Through Harmony" on the inner collar based on Arsenal club motto "Victoria Concordia Crescit".

It's not just images of the shirt that have been circling as Twitter account @ArsenalShirt has shared images of the Arsenal x Stella McCartney shoes that fans aren't happy about.

One fan on Twitter @sm_borg replied saying: 'God those shoes are awful! Looks like something my grandpa would wear with jeans'.

@Pats_Hotpants on Twitter echoed these comments adding: 'Were these actually designed by a 4-year-old?'

The full range is set to be released later this year as Arsenal set to continue their good run of recent form having recently beaten Leicester City 2-0 thanks to goals from Thomas Partey and Alexandre Lacazette.

Although this is the first time Stella McCartney has collaborated with a football club, the designer is no stranger to working with footballers.

The 50-year-old previously worked with Manchester United Paul Pogba to launch his signature Predator football boots.
