The southside just got a lot tastier with news of this exciting new opening.
The latest business to launch in Shawlands has certainly caught the interest of our tastebuds! And it's going to delight any of you lot with a penchant for Italian cuisine (that'll be most of you then).
We don't know too much about Piatto yet, but we do know they're setting up shop at 44 Skirving Street and they'll be ready to greet their adoring public from next week.
We can also confirm they'll be serving up the best of fresh Italian street food when they do open their doors, so that's something to whet your appetites in the meantime.
The team who have taken over the vacant premises are currently carrying out a revamp of the interior.
