An Italian sandwich shop has newly opened in Glasgow's southside.
Focacceria 138 has taken over at 138 Allison Street, the former Country Shop butchers in Govanhill.
The new spot is dishing out a winning combination of focaccia, coffee and cannoli from 7am until 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week.
Its sandwich menu for this weekend includes options such as roasted eggplant, artichoke truffle and ricotta; Parma ham, mozzarella and basil and Italian sausage truffle, ricotta and Provolone cheese.
