New Inbetweeners-style TV show set in Leeds streaming on BBC iPlayer

Hit TV shows like Derry Girls and The Inbetweeners have earned their own cult following in recent years - hilarious comedy and for many, a very frank reminder of the joys of adolescence...

Well now there's another new show that could well do that once more, except this time it is set in Leeds - and there's a twist!

'Ladhood' is the work of Garforth-born BAFTA-nominated comedian Liam Williams, and transports viewers between two timelines - 'Liam' in the present day, and then the same character as a teenager in the early 00s.

"Liam Williams explores the roots of modern-day masculinity, by delving into the memories of his own misspent adolescence", BBC Three describes the show.

"Ladhood straddles two timelines as Liam explores the roots of modern-day masculinity, by delving into the memories of his own misspent adolescence in Garforth, during the early noughties."

All six episodes of the first series are avalable to watch on BBC iPlayer right now .
