New images of Manchester City's Puma 2022/23 away kit leaks online

New images of Manchester City's Puma away kit for next season have leaked online. With a nod to previous shirts the images show a striped shirt that have appeared on Footy Headlines.

The images which appear to show the shirt being modelled ahead of its official launch feature a red and black striped kit. The diagonal stripes are similar to the AC Milan kit, also designed by Puma, and uses the same colours.

Although the use of diagonal stripes is a first for the Citizens the colourway is similar to previous kits from the 2011-12 season with Umbro.

Although the use of diagonal stripes is a first for the Citizens the colourway is similar to previous kits from the 2011-12 season with Umbro. Red and black striped were also worn during the FA Cup, League Cup and European Cup Winners Cup side of 1969 and 1970.

Manchester City are in fine form at the moment following convincing wins against Brighton & Hove Albion and Watford in the Premier League. In the Champions League City narrowly beat Real Madrid 4-3 at the Etihad, heading into the second-leg with a slim advantage.

City's next fixture is against Leeds at Elland Road in the Premier League. Taking place on Saturday, April 30 at 5:30pm the game will be live on Sky Sports. You can shop Manchester City's current kit at the Puma shop here.
