If lockdown turned you into DIY or home improvement king or queen then the opening of a new showroom in Basford will be good news.
Local business Stormclad has opened its third showroom at its head office premises on Basford Road.
The 20-year-old firm also has showrooms at two Nottingham garden centres - Wheatcroft Notcutts Garden Centre in Edwalton and Brookfields Garden Centre in Mapperley.
John Evans, director at the company, said: “Perusing through one of our brochures doesn’t quite do our products justice and it makes such a difference when our customers can come in and get a real feel for what we offer."
He said: “We’re very excited to open a showroom because we believe this has been an important aspect missing from our customer offering. There will be plenty of other products to see too, such as tiled roof extensions and orangeries."
