An employment agency is relocating its Birmingham office to a new home.
That Recruitment Company has agreed a deal on 3,278 sq ft of space at The Atrium in the Jewellery Quarter.
The move to a new site in Frederick Street from the nearby Big Peg building comes as the firm is set to double its current workforce of 15 staff.
It is the first tenant to agree a deal at the office building following a refurbishment programme.
That Recruitment Company was set up in 2013 by founder Chris Stringer, specialising in placing candidates in positions in the IT sector, and it also has offices in Berlin and Amsterdam.
Mr Stringer said: "The Atrium is a stunning building which allows us a lot of scope for personalisation.
"We wanted offices that were professional but also offered that quirkiness that helps make it fun to go to work.
"We are very big on work and lifestyle balance so this was an important factor.
"We also like the B1 postcode and the sense that we are at the heart of the Jewellery Quarter's fast-growing business community."
The five-year lease deal was brokered by property agency Siddall Jones and law firms Wolferstans Solicitors and Wall James Chappell Solicitors also acted on the deal.
