New 'Haunted Chocolatier' Update From 'Stardew Valley' Creator: When Is the Game Launching?

While "Stardew Valley" is not getting a sequel from ConcernedApe, there is still an upcoming game called the "Haunted Chocolatier," which will deliver the same experience to users, and it recently got an update from its creator.

However, the update from ConcernedApe is a mix of both good news and bad news for fans awaiting the new title as the wait continues.

New 'Haunted Chocolatier' Update From ConcernedApe

Epic Barone, otherwise known as ConcernedApe, recently had an interview with PC Gamer which detailed the latest developments for his "Stardew Valley" and the "Haunted Chocolatier." While "Stardew Valley" is already here and enjoyed by players worldwide, the "Haunted Chocolatier" is a project that Barone is still working on and has yet to deliver to the public.

According to Barone, the good news for the "Haunted Chocolatier" is that he is still working on the game's development, as of writing, despite it being announced nearly four years ago.

On the other hand, Barone revealed that he still returns to "Stardew Valley" to deliver new features to enjoy.

When Is The 'Haunted Chocolatier' Game Launching?

For now, there are no specific launch dates yet for the "Haunted Chocolatier's" as Barone explained that he is still working on different aspects of the new game. Despite the seemingly slow progress on the game, Barone said that his development is "progressing", and he intends to continue this path forward for the title, according to GameRant.

According to ConcernedApe, he is still tweaking the "Haunted Chocolatier's" vertical slice and at the same time, he has also worked on the supposed content for the new title.

Barone is also taking time to develop the game, and while he revealed that he is "knee-deep" in its creation, he focuses on not stressing or rushing himself to deliver "Haunted Chocolatier."

Moreover, the developer also said he will not "completely cutoff" developments for "Stardew Valley."
