New Glasgow restaurant Nostrana to replace former Pizza Magic in west end

A popular takeaway in the west end of the city is set to relaunch as a sit-down restaurant.

Pizza Magic will be extending and rebranding after 30 years at the current site on Hyndland Road.

Owner Marco Stevenson has created plans to extend the current takeaway into a neighbouring shop to create a 120-seat restaurant with an outdoor terrace.

The brand-new venture will also see Pizza Magic change its name to Nostrana.

The takeaway closed on February 27, but will be back serving customers in the next few months.

Their website reads: "Pizza Magic closed on Sunday 27 February - thanks to all our great customers for a wonderful adventure.

"We are now looking forward to launching our exciting new venture as Nostrana in the coming months."

Keep an eye on their website for more information.
