A brand new food spot on Clarence Drive is promising to serve up 'delicious desserts and banging burgers'.
Work is well underway in the former Subway sandwich unit ahead of the opening of Frkn Delicious.
Fit out of the Hyndland premises, at 33 Clarence Drive, got underway last week, with owners describing the move as a 'long time dream'.
Earlier this morning, they took to Facebook to say: "New project to start soon, a long time dream to bring FRKN Delicious Desserts and Banging burgers to where you grew up!".
Video shows significant works being undertaken in the unit, with an opening date yet to be announced.
