The latest house price figures from the CSO have shown the most expensive Eircode in Dublin as house prices continue to rise month on month.
In the year to November, the Eircode in Dublin with the highest price median price for a household was "A94" which is Blackrock.
The five Eircodes with the highest median price for a household were all located in Dublin.
The Eircode area that had the second most expensive homes was D04 known more commonly as Dublin 4. The Median price here was €662,500.
"A96" Glenageary was third on the list having a median price of €620,287.
The cheapest Eircode in Dublin was in south Dublin in D10 with the median price of €255,000.
South of Dublin in Wicklow, Greystones was the most expensive Eircode outside of the capital with a median price of €490,000.
These figures follow a general trend in housing prices across Dublin that have increased month on month in 2021.
In the year to November, residential property prices increased 14% nationally and 12.8% in Dublin.
House prices increased 13.5% in Dublin with apartments increasing 9.7%.
The highest house price growth was in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown at 15.5% while they rose 10.8% in Fingal.
When these Dublin property prices are compared to the peak in 2007, they are 12% lower than those levels.
