New editors in Highlands and Coalville

Paul Breen has been appointed as group editor of the Highland News, North Star and Lochaber News (circ. 18,500). He will also be responsible for the free Inverness Herald. He succeeds Helen MacRae, who becomes group features editor of the parent company Scottish Provincial Press, which publishes 12 weekly paid-for titles in the Highlands and north east Scotland. And Robyn Slingsby has been named editor of the Coalville Times (circ: 9,935). She was formerly acting editor of the Newport and Market Drayton Advertiser.
