A new Edinburgh city centre bar and restaurant has been announced - and it sounds absolutely amazing.
East Finch will be opening its doors in the coming weeks on Hanover Street, right in the heart of the capital, and will be offering ' food, liquor and cocktails ' (which coincidentally are our three favourite things).
The new venue which is 'a little bit of New York cocktail bar and a little bit of New Orleans diner' will be housed in 73 Hanover Street, the former home of Yeni Mezza Bar which closed down during lockdown.

With space for 50 covers, food will come in the shape of simple sharing street food with strong influences from New Orleans and Latin America - think all thing cajun and creole.
To wash it down, drinks will be contemporary takes on classic American cocktails with no snobbery in sight.
