With the University of Edinburgh just across the road, the new eatery, which also offers small batch coffee, will no doubt be popular with students keen to get a lunchtime feed.
Owners have already teased photos of some of the salads and fantastic fresh focaccia on their social media account, while also confirming Fettle will served beautiful-looking baked goods too.

Although the menu is yet to be fully finalised, customers can expect to find the likes of Hot Thai, Grilled Halloumi Caesar and Tofu Teriyaki salads, with the option of either sitting in or taking away.
