A new Edinburgh city centre gin experience has opened its doors on Castle Street and is inviting locals to come along and make their very own bottle of gin.
Darnley's - a natural gin distillers from Fife - Gin Experience is the perfect day out for any lover of the spirit. A visit includes an expert guide to gin blending including exploring the distillery's botanical range and flavour wheel and a gin tasting session led by one of Darnley's Gin experts.
Self-proclaimed gin-connoisseurs will be able to blend their very own gin from a range of single botanical distillates, choosing flavours and balance botanicals to create their own unique gin recipe.
Your recipe will then be kept forever and can be ordered at any time - as well as a bottle of your personalised gin to take home.
The whole experience is rounded off with a Darnley's G&T to enjoy after you've finished creating your own bottle of gin and tasting.
For those looking just to enjoy a G&T in Edinburgh's city centre, the 19 Castle Street venue has a bar where you can purchase a cocktail for sipping indoors or on their outdoor terrace with seats looking at picturesque views of Edinburgh Castle.
