A new driver has lost his licence just a day after passing his test.
The driver of a silver Ford car was pulled over by police on September 1 after he was seen carelessly weaving in the road.
It got worse as officers then established he was not driving straight because he was eating a McDonald's burger at the same time, reports Hull Live .
He was also driving without any insurance, so his licence has been downgraded to a provisional and his car has been seized.
Humber Roads Police tweeted: “Hawthorn Av #Hull driver stopped due to weaving all over the road – discovered it was due to eating his McDonald’s burger whilst driving!
“Driver only passed his test yesterday, now back down to provisional due to NO insurance!”
“Not a great start driving!”
