New documentary about the Kardashians to air with 'the help of an ex family member'

A new documentary all about the Kardashian's rise to fame will air on Sky with inside knowledge shared by an ex family member, according to reports.

Caitlyn Jenner, who was married to the family's matriarch Kris Jenner, will be speaking about her life bringing up the famous sisters.

The family first stepped into the spotlight 15 years ago with their hit show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Since then each family member has excelled and every single sibling has created a sparkling career off the back of the show.

Caitlyn's former step daughter Kim is worth £1.6billion and the family's wealth continues to grow.

The documentary will mainly follow Kim's success over the years, as well as shining a light her sisters.

In 2022 the family returned to screens for the revamped The Kardashians on Hulu, and the show's premiere was the most watched on the channel to date.

A source told The Sun: “The Kardashians story is one of the most fascinating, and unlikely, in the history of TV.

"And the way in which they have grown their fame and exploited it is a fascinating story.

“That is the focus of this documentary, with some serious talk by people who know what they’re talking about — often from first-hand experience.”

The documentary, which is yet to be given a name, will begin filming soon and is expected to air in the middle of next year.

Caitlyn, who took a step away from the reality show, is still very much in TV.

She now works as an on-air contributor for Fox News and is regularly seen sharing her thoughts on various chat shows and TV programmes.

Caitlyn, who was born Bruce and came out as a trans woman, told Piers Morgan how she “doesn't talk to any of the Kardashians anymore“.

“I don’t talk about that side of the family, I spent 23 years of my life with those kids – it’s difficult to talk about it, terribly terribly sad,” she said.

“I’ve lost all relationship with them, yes, I don’t talk to any of them anymore.”

Fans are working their way through season two of The Kardashians on Hulu and Disney+ and this series is as explosive as ever.
