Sweet-toothed fans in Ruddington can now get desserts delivered to their door.
Cakes, shakes, smoothies, waffles, crepes and ice creams are on the menu at the village's first dessert shop, Sweet Moments, which has taken up residence in High Street.
And with late-night opening hours it's perfect for anyone sitting at home with the munchies.
Dilwar Hussain, who runs Aziz Khan Indian Restaurant at Compton Acres, West Bridgford, has opened the desserts parlour.
The 28-year-old said: "Sweet Moments is all about indulgence and enjoying 'sweet moments' in life with loved ones.
"I am a huge lover of sweet things and have enjoyed spending time creating the perfect menu for our customers which will be constantly improving with times and seasons."
He added: "We aim to be unlike anything else Ruddington has to offer. Exciting times lie ahead for both the parlour and local area."
The shop has opened for takeaway only so far but following the official opening on July 4 customers can pop in to collect their order.
Dilwar is also working to create a socially distanced eat-in area, opening by late summer.
The shop replaces Willy Wonka style sweet shop Sweetie Boutique, which closed down in March just a year after opening.
Hours will be Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 12.30am and Sunday to Thursday 3pm to 11.30pm.
