The agents marketing a new business park being built in Derby have said that the development should be completed by the end of the month.
Work on the Crown Park Industrial Estate, in Parcel Terrace, off Uttoxeter Old Road, began last summer after Derby City Council gave the development the green light.
Now, FHP Property Consultants, which is marketing the scheme being developed by CWC Group, based at Ednaston, near Ashbourne, has said that construction work is due to finish on February 28.
According to FHP, Crown Park will help meet demand for new industrial accommodation in the city.
The park comprises six industrial/trade counter units, two of which are under offer.

The remaining units vary in size from 5,059 sq to 7,696 sq ft and are available to buy or let.
Darran Severn, from FHP, said: “The industrial units look great and once finished the landscaping and access road will be laid.
“The new units provide excellent open plan warehouse accommodation with a minimum eaves height of six metres.
“In addition, Unit A, which is detached, has provision to create a self-contained fenced yard.
“The site is well positioned just off Uttoxeter New Road providing excellent access to the centre of Derby and the A38.
“There are not many opportunities to purchase a brand new warehouse in Derby. With two units already under offer, I don’t think it will be long until more are snapped up.
“The first occupier will be revealed in the next few weeks.”
