A new Aldi supermarket in Denton is set to open soon.
The store, at the Crownpoint Shopping Park, off Ashton Road, will be officially open to the public from 8am on Thursday, October 7.
It will employ 30 members of staff alongside manager David Nield.

And, Team GB Silver medallist and Olympic hero Gemma Gibbons will cut the all-important ribbon on opening morning.
The new Aldi will offer the same products customers have come to expect, including the ever-popular Specialbuys, available every Sunday and Thursday.
The shop will be open 8am-10pm Mon-Sat and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
New store manager David said: “We can’t wait to open the doors to the new store in Denton.
"It’s set to be a special day and having Olympic hero Gemma Gibbons join us will make it a morning to remember.”
Judo star Gemma added: “I’m so excited to be opening Aldi’s new store, it will be great to chat to customers and a lovely way for me to thank Aldi for its support of Team GB.”
Additionally, David is calling on local charities and food banks in Denton to register with Neighbourly, a community engagement platform that links businesses to charitable organisations in the local community.
Local charities that register will be able to collect surplus food and perishable products, such as fruit, vegetables and baked goods, up to seven days a week.
