New date arranged for Catfish and the Bottlemen gig in Swansea's Singleton Park

Catfish and the Bottlemen have announced a new date for their gig in Swansea's Singleton Park.

The band, made up of Van McCann, Johnny Bond, Robert ‘Bob’ Hall and Benji Blakeway, was due to perform at the park on Saturday, May 23.

But the four-piece have had to rearrange the gig following advice from the Government, which has banned mass gathering events in a bid to tackle the spread of coronavirus.

The band, whose hits include Kathleen, Pacifier, Cocoon and Longshot, will now be performing Swansea on Saturday, May 29, 2021 instead.

For anyone who has already bought tickets for the gig, which cost £35 plus booking fees, these will still remain valid for the rearranged date.

The gig will feature support act You Me At Six, Feeder and YONAKA.

Catfish and the Bottlemen will b the latest high-profile act to perform at Singleton Park, following on from Stereophonics and Pete Tong last year.

Tickets are still available for the gig by visiting Ticketmaster.
