As Scotland is plunged into a second, March-style lockdown, the Scottish Government have published the full list of reasons Scots will be allowed to use to leave home.
Similar to March, the stay at home order will be legally enforceable, and Police Scotland will be able to issue fines to people who repeatedly flout the coronavirus rules.
But as well as being able to leave home for things like essential shopping and exercise, there are a whole host of other "reasonable excuses".
It comes as Nicola Sturgeon told MSPs in the Scottish Parliament that government clinical advisors had said the current level four restrictions were not sufficient to curb the growing spread.
Over the last week, Scotland has recorded soaring numbers of new infections, blamed largely on a new variant of the virus which scientists think could be up to 70 per cent.
The First Minister said a legally-enforceable stay-at-home order will apply from Tuesday to areas currently under Level 4 - mainland Scotland and Skye - with exemptions in place for carers, essential shopping, unlimited outdoor exercise and being part of an extended household.
People will only be allowed to meet one person from another household outdoors from Tuesday, applying to all aged 12 and over.
From Friday, places of worship will close to the public except for weddings or civil partnerships - limited to five people - or funerals, which will be restricted to 20 mourners. Wakes have been banned.
Ski centres, clinics offering cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and showrooms for larger retailers will have to close under a tightening of premises designated as essential retail.
Ms Sturgeon said the lockdown measures will be kept under close review but added: "However, I cannot at this stage rule out having to keep them in place longer, nor making further changes. Nothing about this is easy."
