The ACT has entered a snap lockdown after a new case of Covid was detected in Canberra. Three more cases - all close contacts of the first person - have been found later in the day, taking the total to four.
It's the first cases of Covid in the territory in more than a year, with the last locally acquired case recorded on July 10, 2020.
ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr announced the snap lockdown on Thursday, following an emergency cabinet meeting.
