New Conor McGregor cop cam arrest video from Miami phone incident released

New footage has emerged of UFC star Conor McGregor being arrested in Miami following an altercation with a fan that allegedly ended in him smashing a phone.

The video, which was released by Miami Police officials, shows McGregor peacefully being brought from his rented home into a police car.

He is put in handcuffs before being ushered into the car after police are seen talking to a man about the arrest.

The video comes after McGregor's lawyers entered not guilty pleas in a US court for charges against him.

McGregor was not present in Miami-Dade County Court for the hearing.

His case is due to come before the court again on April 30, with the trial date slated for May 13.

The Dubliner could face a maximum of six years in prison if found guilty - but is likely to get away with a slap on the wrist if he is convicted.

The 30 year-old was arrested on March 11 and charged with one count of strong-arm robbery and one count of criminal mischief after allegedly slapping away and standing on Ahmed Abdirzak’s phone.

McGregor , who wasn't required to appear in person, was initially facing up to 20 years behind bars, however, prosecutors have since reduced the charges.
