New Camden Street brunch cafe promises great food and coffee in a mellow setting

A brand new brunch spot has opened on Camden Street and promises top-quality food, speciality coffee, and a mellow setting.

Set up by husband and wife duo Dave and Louise and run with the help of a committed crew, Ebb & Flow sees a brand new contender for the title of Dublin's best brunch spot.

Dishes on the menu include a seriously aesthetically pleasing Avocado on Toast as well as a mouth-watering Banoffee Cake, to name just a few.

Speaking to Dublin Live, co-owner Louise reveals that the aim of Ebb & Flow on Camden Street was to combine two top-quality services to create an overall enjoyable experience: amazing food and top-quality coffee.

The couple, who have run speciality coffee shops for years, were met with warm welcomes when they first opened yesterday.

Louise tells Dublin Live: "We strive for quality. We use local products and worked very hard on the menu.

"We use coffee from our own roastery, Full Circle."

Explaining what they want to bring to Camden Street, Louise reveals to Dublin Live that herself and her husband are the target audience they're aiming to please.

"We get up on a Saturday and think of where we haven't tried yet," she explained.

"It's a lovely setting with custom oak tables, beautiful seating and mellow music."

Ebb & Flow is open from 7.30am until 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on the weekends.
