The flights will be onboard a Boeing 737 aircraft, the staple of SunExpress flights, having been one of the leading airlines to Turkey since being founded in 1989.

The holiday specialists currently serve a route network of around 51 international destinations with the modern aircraft featuring in all of those.

Kate Sherry, Aviation Director at Edinburgh Airport said: "We are excited to be bringing a new airline to Edinburgh and offering more choice to passengers looking to take a well-earned holiday.
