Odell Beckham Jr. is great at a lot of things, and his ability to consistently produce on third downs is one of them.
According to Pro Football Focus, Beckham had the fourth-best grade among all NFL wideouts on the always-important third downs. Beckham scored an 86.4 grade with the Giants in 2018, trailing only Michael Thomas, Tyreek Hill and Julio Jones.
The Browns offense can use the help in converting at a higher rate. Cleveland ranked just 27th in 3rd down conversions last season, succeeding on just 35.1 percent of their attempts. Beckham’s Giants were a little better, finishing 21st with a conversion rate of 36.9.
