The new brand name of a supply chain management services firm created following the $1.9 billion merger of a Derby company with a US giant has been revealed.
In January, the deal between Pattonair, which is headquartered on Pride Park, and Wesco Aircraft Holdings, was completed.
Now, it has been announced that the combined business will be called Incora.
Pattonair employs around 600 people in Derby, along with a similar number at locations across the globe.
It is a leading global aerospace and defence supply chain services firm, providing tailored supply chain management solutions to blue-chip engine and airframe manufacturers, including Rolls-Royce and BAE Systems.
Combined with the operations of Wesco, Incora will provide comprehensive supply chain management services to the aerospace and defence sectors, as well as other industries, including industrial manufacturing, marine and pharmaceuticals.
Todd Renehan, chief executive of Incora, said: “From delivering our wide portfolio of products directly to production lines with just-in-time service, to creating accurate forecasts which help drive working capital down, Incora focuses on meeting our customers’ daily supply chain needs so they can focus on what they do best.

Incora is headquartered in Valencia, California. It has a global footprint of 68 locations in 17 countries and more than 4,000 employees.
