New Black Country base for tech firm

A tech firm founded in London to aid the property industry with investment decisions has opened a new office in the Black Country.

One and Only Pro has created five jobs at its new base in Aldridge from which it will service clients and estate agents across England and Wales.

The company uses mathematical analysis to provide property investors, lenders and mortgage brokers with a scoring system aimed at allowing them to identify the best deals on the market.

Its system shows the properties most likely to increase in value and demonstrates potential yields with potential acquisitions scored out of ten.

The new office will be overseen by Katherine Neary, who was previously a specialist consultant at Nationwide Building Society, working alongside software engineer Akhtar Hussain.

The company's technology spent two years in development before being launched last year.

Chief executive and co-founder Henri Sant-Cassia said: "We are delighted with the early success of the portal and we have received great feedback from investors who have been using the site to find great property deals across the UK.

"Our new team members based in our Aldridge office will help us develop the website further and support the management team in building on One and Only Pro's early success."
