New Birmingham office for Leonard Curtis

A professional services business in Birmingham is relocating to new offices in the heart of the city's Colmore Business District.

Leonard Curtis Business Solutions has agreed a ten-year lease for 2,784 sq ft of space at Cavendish House, in Waterloo Street.

The Birmingham office is one of three covering the Midlands, alongside teams in Wolverhampton and Worcester, and part of a 19-strong portfolio nationally employing 240 people.

The team was previously based at 85-89 Colmore Row.

Conrad Beighton from Leonard Curtis said: "Cavendish House is the perfect fit for our needs and a great foundation for the next phase of our development, having established a 15-year reputation for business services in the city.

"We look forward to welcoming our team here and inviting in clients, other professional advisors and colleagues from across the UK."

The letting was agreed by property consultancy JLL which is the joint letting agency for the building with Johnson Fellows.

JLL's director of national office agency Andrew Riach said: "Clearly the business district is going through a period of readjustment after the lockdown.

"However, I'm pleased to say we are still seeing activity, particularly for quality offices with landlords who understand the needs of the modern occupier and offer a flexible approach to occupation."
