New Birmingham home for energy consultancy

A business consultancy has agreed a deal for new office space in Birmingham.

The National Energy Hub is a utility management consultancy and has signed a three-year deal on a suite at the Jewellery Business Centre.

The tenancy at the Spencer Street building, in the Jewellery Quarter, was agreed by managing agent Whittle Jones on behalf of landlord Northern Trust.

Bradley Bevan, business development director at the National Energy Hub, said: "After conducting a new office search to suit our expansion plans, we found the gentrified Jewellery Quarter the most suitable location in Birmingham.

"The move will enable our team to continue offering higher levels of service excellence and room for further expansion in staff levels.

"We are ecstatic to be moving into the Jewellery Business Centre and working with Whittle Jones to accommodate our future growth plans."

Caroline Jones, lettings manager at Whittle Jones Midlands, added: "I am delighted to welcome The National Energy Hub to our Jewellery Business Centre and look forward to working with them on their future occupational requirements.

"We have seen an increase in demand for our serviced offices which can provide socially distanced space within a secure modern working environment."

The centre is one of four owned by Northern Trust Business Centres and is aimed at start-up and small companies.
