"From owners of The Curry Pot in Glasgow’s West End, Dum Indian Kitchen looks forward to bringing you flavourful and traditional ‘dum cooking’, also known as slow cooking, to modern times.

"Dum cooking or slow cooking is a technique that has its nostalgic origin dating back to over 300 years ago. Thought to have been influenced by Persian cuisine, it was brought to Northern India by Mughal rulers where it gained great popularity and is now being brought to you in Bearsden - their Biryanis and lamb curries will be made in the same technique and are a must try."

Dum Indian Kitchen will be open for lunch and dinner, offering a takeaway only service.
