Liverpool will welcome another brand new restaurant this summer inside the former Love Thy Neighbour on Bold Street.
Graffiti Spirits Group - the company behind Duke Street Market, Santa Chupitos, Santa Maluco, and Salt Dog Slims - will launch new all-day eatery Slim’s in the Bold Street venue.
Slim’s will take inspiration from high-end New York diners, with an inclusive menu that will cater to vegan and vegetarian diners too.
The restaurant will offer comfort food, from roast dinners to classic burgers and everything in between.
Slim’s will also be home to a sports bar on the ground floor, showing popular sports channels and games everyday.
Matt Farrell, co-founder of Graffiti Spirits Group, said: “We couldn’t be happier that Slim’s will be opening in a matter of weeks and on Bold Street, which is famous for being a hub of independent, unique restaurant and bars.
“It will be the perfect addition with an impressive menu that will cater for all tastes.
“We’ve given the menu for Slim’s a lot of thought and taken elements from projects that we have previously learnt from.
“The restaurant’s offering will have something for everyone including delicious burgers, both meat and vegan, to our renowned roast dinners”.
Slim’s is expected to open in early August 2019.
