B&M is set to create 50 jobs after a new store opens at a North Tyneside retail park.
The shop, at the Northumberland Retail Park in Shiremoor, is due to open its doors to the public on November 27.
The firm says customers can expect to find a variety of branded products including toys, food & drink, a pet range, health & beauty and homeware products.
The store will also have its own garden centre, with everything from seeds to pots and hundreds of plant varieties.
A spokesperson from B&M said: "We're feeling really positive about the creation of more jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.
"We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door in November."

The company is recruiting staff for roles ranging from sales assistants and cleaners to floor managers. Anyone wishing to apply for the jobs can find out more on the B&M careers website.
The retail park, which is just off the A186, near the A19 Holystone roundabout, already has an Aldi and a drive-thru Costa.
Now B&M is taking over a 23,982sq ft space and JD Gyms will occupy a 25,973sq ft facility.
The shopping hub will help to serve a growing community in the area.
Hundreds of new homes have been built at the nearby Brierdene, Backworth Park and Heritage Green sites.
