Hungry southsiders have been enjoying a brand new artisan cheese shop right in the heart of Shawlands.
Starter Culture has now opened up at 1052-1054 Pollokshaws Road at Shawlands Cross, the previous home of John Stewart Jewellery store near to Salt and Vinegar fish restaurant, opposite Stalks and Stems of Glasgow.
The move comes after a successful Christmas pop-up store.
As well as diverse range of cheeses on offer, Starter Culture is also selling 'discerning wine' and the likes of fresh bread from Wheatberry Bakery and dozens of deli items.
