When it comes to takeaway, do you often annoy your friends and family by insisting or trying a bit of all their food too? Well now they can breathe a sigh of relief and you can fill your boots thanks to the opening of Buffet Box in the city centre.
Newly opened on Low Friar Street, Buffet Box allows customers to go in and fill up boxes of food from its buffet to take home or sit in and enjoy.
And the best thing is the price. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12-10pm and if you want to take home a lunchtime box it'll cost you just £4.99, while in the evening it goes up a few quid to £6.99.
There are also a number of different box deals available: Box A (£3.99) - deep fried chicken x 2 plus chips; Box B (£4.99): special vegetarian spring roll x 2, crispy fried wonton x 4, curry chicken or sweet & sour chicken, noodle or egg fried rice; Box C (£7.99) spare rib x 4, special vegetarian spring roll x 2, chicken batter x 2, sesame prawn toast x 4, noodles or egg fried rice; Box D (£5.99): sweet & sour chicken, special vegetarian spring roll x 2, chicken batter x 2, sesame prawn toast x 4, noodles or egg fried rice and finally Box E (£6.99): salt & pepper prawn, special vegetarian spring roll, chicken batter x 2, sesame prawn toast x 4, noodles or egg fried rice.
