New Aberdeen home kit revealed as Dons announce major sponsorship deal

Aberdeen have released next season's home strip and Dons can now purchase full kits ahead of the new season.

And while doing so, the Premiership club also announced an extension with shirt sponsors Saltire Energy, which will become the longest such partnership in the club's history.

Aberdeen stalwart Andrew Considine and starlet Connor McLennan were picked to model the new top for the website, while Pittodrie favourites Scott McKenna and Lewis Ferguson were accompanied by another youngster, Dean Campbell, to show off the new kit - which features a chevron-styled pattern on the front - at an event on Tuesday afternoon.

The white Adidas stripes are now on either side of the body instead of on the shoulders and they are also on the shorts and socks - while the collar has a white trim.

"We look forward to many more years of working together successfully."
