Budget fitness chain The Gym Group is to open a new branch in Newark.
The 24-hour fitness company will open its new venue in Beacon Hill Road, next to The Range, in the autumn.
The company has more than 160 gyms across the country.
It already has facilities in Nottingham city centre; Mansfield Road, Sherwood; and at Castle Marina Retail Park, in Radford.
A spokesman for the firm said it is currently offering a first month £7 membership as part of an ‘Early Bird’ offer, which is of limited availability.
The offer gives members up to a £30 saving on the normal membership and joining fees.
The Gym Newark will have viewings available in the weeks leading up to its opening.
People who take up the initial first month offer will then have their membership fee increased to £19.99 from their second month.
