Aldi shoppers have claimed the store has 'won Veganuary' for a new food product that is now in stores.
The budget supermarket has launched its own brand version of 'Biscoff' style cupcakes that are suitable for a vegan diet.
People have been sharing their excitement on social media after finding out about the treats, which come in packs of two for £1.09.
Vegan Food UK shared news of the launch on its Instagram page saying: "Aldi have just launched their own #vegan Biscoff-style cupcakes in a supermarket first!! These Caramalised Biscuit Cupcakes have Biscoff style icing and crumbly wumbly bits of biscuit on top."
The post gained nearly 10,000 likes and hundreds of comments, with one saying: "Best Veganuary Yet!"
Another added: "Omg biscoff cupcakes!"
A third said: "Aldi have just won Veganuary."

The Vegan Caramalised Biscuit Cupcakes are instore now and also available in chocolate flavour.

It's not the first time this month Aldi has excited shoppers with a new release. The budget supermarket excited Domino's fans with its new 49p Carlos Takeaway Garlic and Herb dip, which some people said tastes "exactly the same" as the pizza chain's garlic and herb sauce.
Aldi stores remain open during lockdown and people are allowed to go shopping when they need essential items.
