New £1.4 million offices coming to Liverpool with their own 'Klopp Suite'

New offices are set to open in Liverpool that will have their own Jurgen Klopp and Howard Kendall suites - with dugouts, table football and indoor gardens.

The offices, in Exchange Flags, will belong to finance company Sedulo whose clients include celebrities such as David Haye and the Smith Brothers.

Sedulo’s lease for their new offices in the city centre will cost more than £1 million and the company is planning to spend a further £400,000 transforming the space.

As well as the special suites dedicated to the Liverpool FC and Everton FC legends, the main board meeting room has been designed like a military bunker, complete with sandbags.

The specially designed room, featuring 1940s Wrens uniforms, pays homage to the building which once housed a bomb-proof bunker in the basement of Walker House.

There’s also a McVitie’s/Crawfords suite being installed as a nod to Crawfords being a Liverpool confectioner until merging with McVitie’s in the 1970s.

Other impressive highlights include a podcast studio, a 3,000 sq ft bar, an outdoor Victorian terrace garden overlooking the Royal Liver Building and an American diner.

Sedulo founder Paul Cheetham-Karcz said: "From day one the plan was to open offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. We’ve got a London office but outside of the capital these are the UK’s most dynamic cities."

He added: "Bringing in the locality, paying respects to the building we are in and tipping the hat to the history of the area is really important. I am incredibly excited to be launching Sedulo in Liverpool."

Sedulo started out as a tax accountancy firm but developed into a company who provide a suite of financial services including advice on taxes, mortgages, financial planning and accountancy.

Since then the company has gained clients including musicians, sports stars and TV personalities including household names such as David Haye and the boxing Smith brothers .

The company also invests in businesses and recent funding has been agreed with a Wirral travel company, a gym wear brand and a nutrition performance start-up.
