Sheffield Wednesday fans were not that impressed with Bristol City in their 1-0 victory over the Robins.
The Owls won the game courtesy of a controversial penalty five minutes from time, but the game was far from memorable, with both sides lacking fluency.
On social media after the game, many Wednesday fans admitted it was an ugly win, and there was not much praise for the Robins.
Jim Hope: It wasn't a classic game, but rugby tackles do sometimes result in penalties. I think it was a penalty, Bristol City were all about the counter attack and their lack of forward movement was their downfall.
David Turner: Tight game, by no means a classic, but Wednesday deserved the win. Bit fortunate with the pen though the City player was clumsy. Little Bazza terrific, Reach back at it & Borner slotted back in like he’d never been away. Their goalie kept them in it. Up to third. Nosebleed territory
James Jordan: Rubbish game but massive three points.
Cav: Winning ugly is good. We’ve never really had that in our locker for many years and Garry Monk seems to be instilling a lot of mettle, organisation and will to win in the side. I’m sure he’ll add more quality signings when he gets chance.
Scott Wilkes: Definitely a soft pen but equals out the shocker that Derby got the other week. Huge win against a play-off rival. Solid as a rock again today. Lees outstanding.

Lee Brown: Softest pen I’ve ever seen in my life, but we’ll take the early Christmas present won’t we?! GET IN!
Mark Constantine: Ref's had a shocker today! Poor all the way through...summed up by that 'penalty' decision!
James Scott: Big result for us that... I don't care what Lee Johnson says about the performance, Bristol City never came to win that game.
