Nets to be without 3 key players Wednesday night vs. the Thunder

The Brooklyn Nets will be without three key players Wednesday night against the Thunder at Chesapeake Energy Arena, the team announced.

As the two teams get set to play for the second and final time of the season, the Nets will not have DeMarre Carroll (hyperextended knee), Shabazz Napier (hamstring tightness) and Treveon Graham (back soreness) available to play against the Thunder.

Napier was a late scratch to the lineup on Wednesday afternoon while the team announced on Tuesday that Carroll and Graham would not play in Oklahoma City.

Napier averaged 10.4 points and 4.4 assists per game in February but has seen limited minutes in March due to injury and the return of Spencer Dinwiddie.

Meanwhile, Carroll suffered a hyperextended left knee on Monday against the Detroit Pistons in the second half and did not return. He is averaging 11.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game this season.

As the Nets will be without three players, Thunder forward Markieff Morris has been listed as ‘Questionable’ for the game due to neck soreness.

The Nets are 7.5-point underdogs in the contest as they have lost three consecutive games to the Thunder in Oklahoma City.
