Nets fans put up missing posters for Ben Simmons’ jump shot

Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons is sure to be one of the least popular players inside the Barclays Center for Game 3 of the Sixers-Nets series, and fans are trolling Simmons outside the arena with missing posters for his jump shot.

Simmons and teammate Joel Embiid annoyed some Nets players after laughing off an attempted apology to Jarrett Allen, after Embiid was issued a flagrant foul for elbowing Allen in Game 2. Simmons cracked up as Embiid explained to reporters that he didn’t intentionally hit Allen, and Nets guard Caris LeVert called the moment “disrespectful.”

Simmons has also become involved in a beef with Nets veteran Jared Dudley, who broke down Simmons’ game and argued that Simmons is only “average” in half court situations. Simmons responded by noting that the criticism is coming from Jared Dudley, who isn’t exactly a star player, but several analysts backed up Dudley on Thursday.

On Thursday, Nets Daily reporter Anthony Puccio tweeted a photo of a missing poster taped to a pole outside the Barclays Center that roasts Simmons.

“Identifying Characteristics: Just Average”

Well played, Nets fans.
