Netherlands vs Austria - LIVE!
The Netherlands joined Belgium and Italy in having booked their place in the last-16 of Euro 2020 after strolling past Austria this evening.
Memphis Depay and Denzel Dumfries were on the scoresheet as Frank De Boer’s side ran out 2-0 winners in Amsterdam to secure top spot in Group C with a game to spare.
Depay converted from the penalty spot after Dumfries had been brought down and missed a glaring opportunity to double the lead shortly before half-time.
However, the points were made safe midway through the second-half when Dumfries scored his second goal in as many games at the tournament.
Austria still have every chance of reaching the last-16, currently level on points with Ukraine, who they face in their final group fixture.
The Netherlands, meanwhile, will face one of the four best third-place teams in the first knockout stage.
