Netflix want extras for filming in the Highlands - here's how to apply

Netflix chiefs are holding castings for extras to star in a new series set in the Scottish Highlands.

The streaming service provider is filming the original show in September this year in a location near Aviemore.

Casting company, The Casting Collective are on the hunt for budding actors interested in starring in the upcoming series .

The firm shared a post in Facebook which read: "We are looking for men and women of all ethnicities, ages and looks to film in the Aviemore area of Scotland on a period drama throughout September 2019.

"You must have your own transport.

"There likely to be between one to three filming days but some characters may be needed for much more.

"We are particularly looking for any Spanish speaker,s but everyone welcome to apply.

"You must be over 17 years old and be legally allowed to work in the UK with a valid national insurance number.

"All work is paid."
